Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns on manufacturers defects as each item is custom printed to fill your requests and inspected carefully before shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If something does get by our inspection team or there is an unusual mislabeled sizing incident, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, take a picture of the offending article, also the proof of purchase and email it to admin@poweredbyalberta.org. Please note that returns (the item being returned) will need to be sent to the following address: Stn 1619 Martensville SK S0K 2T0. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We only accept returns on manufacturers defects or shipping errors and each item is inspected carefully before shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Look long and hard at the item you are thinking about purchasing. If you think there is a chance you may want to exchange it for another item, don't buy it in the first place. Exchanges suck the life out of profit and waste time. Look at the picture displaying the item and then look at the sizing chart. Read carefully to make sure you are buying something you will enjoy wearing. if you are unsure of the exact size you'll require, choose one size up as that always looks better than something that is too small.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
